Vice President Kamala Harris said she will seek the Democratic nomination to replace President Joe Biden, after Biden suddenly ended his campaign and endorsed her earlier Sunday. "I am honored to have the president's endorsement and my intention is to earn and win this nomination," Harris said in a statement issued by Biden's campaign. Biden's endorsement gives Harris a major advantage ahead of the planned vote from convention delegates next month.
