White House says it proposed a cease-fire deal between Israel and Hezbollah

The White House announced Wednesday evening a proposal for a temporary 21-day cease-fire between Israel and Hezbollah.

The deal is supported by a slew of countries, the White House said, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
